» How to start

In order to start bidding right away, you'll need to register an account and purchase some bids, available in the bid package of your choice. After that, all you need to do is pick an auction that features an item you'd like to have and start bidding!

To register is very simple. At the top right of the site click on Register.

- Fill out all your data, they will be important for sending you your won auctions.
- Enter the security code requested on the bottom of the page.
- You will receive an email confirming the registration and you win five free bids as a gift for having signed up.


» Did not receive your Registration Email Confirmation yet?

Depending on the email provider that you're using, it can take a few minutes longer to receive the confirmation email. You should verify the address you provided us when you registered (located in "My Bids" -> "Edit Profile") to make sure that it's accurate. Occasionally, some email services have a filter. Check your Spam folder as you may have to add the address to your Safe List.

If you're still having trouble receiving the email or if you'd like to change the email address used in registration, contact our Support Team and we'll take it from there.


» How can I buy more Bids?

You may purchase Bid Packages of 30, 50, 100, 200, 500. 1000 and 2000 bids! Hummbid accepts multiple payment methods, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Paypal and Google Checkout. Your bids are stored in "My Bids" on the right top corner of the website.


» Are all the auctioned items brand new?

All of our products are brand new, from the brand names you trust and come with the full manufacturer's warranty. They are shipped directly from our warehouses, right to your door. We have a warehouse in the USA, one in UK and now one in Australia.


» I Won!! What now?

At the end of each auction you will receive a confirmation e-mail and receive the product at home in approx. 5 to 14 days. All products are new and Hummbid purchased them from known distributors.

    Peak Auctions:

    Peak Auctions are set to automatically pause and resume at peak times.

    Beginner Auctions:

    Beginner Auctions only allow new members to bid on items. Members who have been registered for less than 30 days.
